Hon. Jean Philbert Nsengimana said the main event for the youth month countrywide was done in Ngororero district because the government of Rwanda would like youth to participate fully in the development of the country. This is especially for the youth in Ngororero district that did a lot of bad things before and during the 1994 genocide against Tutsis.

In all the presentations and speeches that were delivered throughout the function, the youth were explained in the detail the poor history that characterized Rwanda ever since colonization through the genocide up to the present.

Mr. Kalisa Rugano who re-counted the Rwandan history asked the youth to work towards changing that poor history through rebuilding the country that was shattered by the acts of the youth by then. The youth in this function agreed on 10 strategies they will use in rebuilding Rwanda.

Those 10 strategies they will be holding as regulations include rebuilding a country that will not lack, creating hope among the people, the country that is against illiteracy, that is against genocide ideologies, no tribalism, with no violence, a country that is self reliant and a country with strong security.

The same place in Kabaya where the words for destructing Rwanda were uttered in 1994, the words of hope and reconciliation were said by the youth to rebuild the country.
