    M23 says its chairman was a traitor, disqualifies him from Leadership

    The Military High command of the Rebel group in the Eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo M23 has disqualified and removed its Chairman Bishop Jean- Marie Runiga Lugerero from Leadership accusing him of failure to define and provide General policy guidance. Jean Marie Runiga is also accused to have offered outsiders.

    He is said to have agreed that he even diverted finances of the movement to support obscure and prohibited several important activities on behalf of General Bosco Ntaganda to whom he answers
