New son of Gen Fred Rwigema releases more details

Unknown son of Gen Fred GISA Rwigema reappears after 24 years2

The24-year-old Afred GISA who caused a media storm in Rwanda early this week after revealing himself as the son of Rwanda’s liberation icon Gen Fred GISA Rwigema has updated his Facebook page with more details.

Alfred GISA, who has confirmed to local newspaper that he is indeed the one, directly attacks his stepmother Janet Rwigema. Mrs Rwigema in a brief phone interview on Tuesday with IGIHE.com denied ever having any information about his new stepson.

“I had intended to keep telling my life story, but today I will assume my stepmother does not remember me, and will give her exact details of how I came into contact with her,” says GISA.

Publishing Facebook posts under name “Alfred Gisa”, he goes on to give exact circumstances of the first time his mother Eunice Matsiko came face-to-face with Janet Rwigema. Alfred GISA reveals “two Generals” who may have been instrumental in keeping him and his mother safe for these years. “I will not name the Generals,” he writes.

Since going public, GISA has received thousands of messages of support appearing on Facebook and comments on news articles about him. Nearly all agree that no DNA text is need because GISA is what they have described as “carbon copy” of his father.

Some have even advised him not to continue hiding, but urgently get in touch with President Kagame, who they say would be very happy to support him. Many have also asked him to keep praying as it was the grace of God that protected him all the years.

Just as there are some few comments which have been hostile to GISA, there have many which have reacted with furry at Mrs Janet Rwigema; urging her to look for Gisa and link him up with his stepbrother and sister.

An in-depth review of media coverage on GISA points to the real possibility that the Facebook account being used is indeed his and he is indeed the son of Gen Rwigema.

However, GISA makes another revelation that will throw the media and public into more confusion. He says his stepmother: “For your own information, I am not alone; there are other Daddy’s children who had to live under similar circumstances. If you are willing and ready, you will know them soon or later.”

“I hope by now stepmother is remembering. Please know it from today that the innocent baby you threw out of your house into the cold was me ALFRED GISA.”
