    Nyamagabe: Governor calls for hard work among citizens

    Alphonse Munyantwali, the governor of Southern Province has applauded Nyamagabe local leaders for making significant gains in the efforts to transform lives but urged them to work even harder.

    The governor was yesterday addressing different local leaders at Nyamagabe conference hall during the open day in Nyamagabe district meant to showcase districts achievements.

    During the meeting, Munyentwali encouraged local leaders to stay the course and seek innovation and efficiency in whatever they do to better livelihoods of the people they lead.

    “We have the basic needs. As civil workers, let’s appreciate what we have and work hard to develop our nation and transform lives of the people you lead” he said.

    The governor commended development partners of Nyamagabe district for their role in the districts social economic development.

    “I commend our development partners because everything they do supports government programs. They help residents to achieve sustainable development,” added Munyentwali.

    The meeting was also attended by religious leaders and church leaders because of their role in Nyamagabe district’s development.

      we need the politicians to be hard working too and stop stealing our hard earned taxes which they use to give themselves fat salaries
