Rwandans Applaud Kagame in Amsterdam, Rwanda Day Heightens
The Plane carrying President Paul Kagame landed at Amsterdam international airport Netherlands this Saturday with his entourage to join thousands at 11th Rwanda Day.
He will meet numerous Rwandans later at Rai Amsterdam where he will have a lengthy interaction on various issues of nation building.
Later, he will have a dinner and get to mingle in a social setting.
Earlier, yesterday, another forum was held bringing together a delegation of 300 Rwanda business representatives and 100 Dutch companies. It was aimed at showcasing Rwandan investment opportunities.
Today Morning an exhibition has been taking place showcasing nearly all made-in-Rwanda products and services.
This afternoon from 2PM-3:30PM a panel discussion will be held. Itâ€™s an opportunity for participants to reconnect with Rwandaâ€™s history, learn about the Rwanda of today and hear about various ways to be an integral part of shaping Rwandaâ€™s future.
Panellists expected include; Hon. Philbert Nsengimana Hon. Edouard Bamporiki Marie Yolande Ujeneza Anne Dushime Claude Richard Ndabarasa. The panel discussion will be moderated by Sangwa Rwabuhihi.
Meanwhile, later from 3:30PM- 4PM, leaders from across key sectors in Rwanda will join the panel moderated by Brigitte Mukarunyana, for an interactive discussion with participants on Rwandaâ€™s progress and solutions to challenges ahead.
The leaders include; Hon Louise Mushikiwabo, Hon Venantie Tugireyezu, Hon Papias Musafiri Prof Anastase Shyaka,Â Antonia Mutoro, Emmanuel Safari, head of Rwandan community in the Netherlands.
President Kagame will present a key note address later in the evening at about 7PM.
