Why Rwanda will be an industrial country by 2030
Most developed countries are considered as Industrial countries due to the fact that this is the world of massive production, commercialization, and self actualization whereby the quantity of production counts to majority while quality is rare, and for the few.
Rwanda is part and parcel of this selfish world but has diverse reasons to why she will be one of the most developed countries by 2030.
When remarking the future Industrial development of Rwanda, one must compare her to other East African countries, then follow up reasons which contributed to the development of United states of America (USA), Europe, Japan and the thrilling China. Reasons which are not found in most African countries particularly East Africa are traced in Rwanda.
Communication
It is through communication that the world moves in any development aspect being education, economy, politics, or social matters all which may collectively be defined as development although the correct definition of this term does not depend on the level of understanding but rather, the level of influence. However as industrialization is concerned, specific reasons are hereby noted.
Every scientific invention depends on an individual’s perception of communication environment. That is, a need to communicate within oneself (intra-personal communication) and then communicate to or with the second party referred to as (inter-personal communication).
It is very encouraging that Rwanda does not lack this aspect the ‘intra-p-‘.The aspect whose non-appearance marks the absence of independent thinking. This thinking, when done in a foreign way it becomes and of course has become the worst colonialism ever.
The point is, most of less developed countries boast of their so called ‘National language.’ While they do have  many languages of their own  for instance, Kenyans speak about 69 languages, Tanzanians speak about 128 languages, and Ugandans speak about 43 of them; Burundi have three languages as well as Rwanda.  Among languages spoken, there are colonial languages like English and French, reigning in African countries.
These particular languages have become official means of communication, social means of recognition (high social status), economic and trading opportunity and political influence. Swahili (Kiswahili) happens to be a big language in the whole of East Africa mostly and fluently spoken in Tanzania but yet, most people in rural Tanzania prefer their mother tongue. It is even worse in Kenya and Uganda where speaking various languages anywhere create some beauty that lack natural order.
Rwandans use foreign languages too ‘but’ apart from minor differences in some accent which make the country magnificent, KINYARWANDA (Ikinyarwanda) is the means of communication throughout Rwanda.
It is even an advantage to visitors and other foreigners because if you stay in the country for few days, you will be conversant with Kinyarwanda.
You must know the language you speak when dreaming on your bed at night. That if you cannot dream while speaking in a foreign language, then you cannot think and/or reason in a foreign way, though you pretend to do so many times.
Communication is complete when the massage is sent by the right sender, through the right channel, received by the right receiver and of course the feedback will tell whether the message was clear, not clear, wrong or right.
This is why Rwanda ranks high because the government message is, and will always be clearly delivered to the Rwandans while on the other hand vox populi (the voice of the people) will successfully reach the government. The parliament use Kinyarwanda in all sessions, the president addresses citizens through the very language, and you can communicate to any Rwandan of any accent without misapprehension.
This is a country where if you advertise business products, the target group will be reached. There is no good project that cannot work in Rwanda because there is no possibility of language barrier between employees and the management, and also among all workers in general. Any industry, company, institution, project and the like which finds a conducive environment for marketing and advertisement as well as good public relations, there is no doubt for prosperity. That environment is only in Rwanda and nowhere else in East Africa.
Communication reasons related to the so called ‘first world’
Super economies on this planet have reached where they are because they dreamed, invented and acted in their mother tongues or some language closely related to that because the right mind results from the right interpretation. Note: Kinyarwanda is the mother tongue to almost all Rwandans. Take an example of Isaac Newton, and Thomas Alva Edison, Sigmund Freud, and others who revealed complex scientific principles that are now improved and boast of.
They managed to do that because their ‘Intra-Personal communication related well with the surroundings.’ When we refer to Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy by Isaac Newton as ‘Philosophiae aturalis Principia Mathematica’, it is because it was published in Latin as an academic language of the time; but Newton himself was English. Such scientists and inventors necessitated power of thought that has enabled us ship the world through scientific logic and mathematical formulae due to their natural communication.
The writer intend to remind you that he do not discourage international languages but it is too nude that the industrial development of USA for example has been facilitated by English people who migrated to the area during slave trade and agricultural activities of the colonial time despite the various dialects, English is English whether Scottish, Irish, Australian, or American English. The other people who mark the USA, are those of Jewish origin (Hebrews) these people whose residence in Israel is very recent, were born and grew in various countries among which is America. They could therefore easily communicate both in Hebrew and English perfectly.
Japanese, Germans, French, Russians, Chinese also use their languages primarily for communication apart from extensive intonation.
Rwanda is therefore among few countries sharing such a beneficial communication that stands to reveal secret opportunities. The same factor has enabled the country to forge a head so quickly despite the 1994 genocide.
Perhaps you are still thirsty that you would like to know other reasons to why Rwanda must be one of the few industrialised countries by 2030. There are more five reasons which will be exposed in the next issue and will hopefully make you put the country in a different position.      Â
