In a way of bringing to people good governance and better services while reducing the distance  they walk looking for certain services, Nyamasheke district administration initiated a program to help them solve their problems.
This was seen in the letter from the district administration to executive secretaries of all sectors in this district asking them to inform people that a team made up of the district mayor, the army, the national police, a worker in a house that supports justice (MAJ), sectors’ and cells’ workers, village leaders will be meeting together to solve people’s problems.
In every sector, there will be 2 sites and residents will be going to their convenient site and this program will start on the 7th.Aug.2012 and end on the 14th.Aug.2012 as seen on this same letter.
This program comes following many security meetings that brought together residents of all sectors and different local authorities to solve people’s different problems.
