    Rwanda l Nyamasheke: District presents action plan for 2012/2013 to advisory council

    In the meeting for advisory council on the 2nd.Sept 2012, the committee members were presented with the action plan for the implementation of the District budget in the economic year 2012/2013.

    The preparation of this action plan based on the counsel and different suggestions but it is liable to change in case the money for a certain action is not got at a time explained Côme Niyoyita the head of action plan in Nyamasheke district.

    While preparing this action plan, Niyoyita went on to explain that they started with long term projects that were already started like the providing for modern market of Bushenge, classrooms that were under construction and others.

    This action plan includes building international market of Rwesero and building a furniture workshop and these are under preparation as the people are ready to be expropriated from the place suitable for those projects by January 2013.

    Members of this committee appreciated the way this action plan was prepared and how it was presented and more emphasis to be put on its implementation was agreed upon and in this action plan will end by May 2013.

    Innocent Musabyimana the president of the advisory council asked the council to participate in the implementation of the district performing contracts for them to be on the first position as it is possible and to explain to the people their role in that.
