This will be achieved through VUP project that is keen on working on poverty reduction in rural areas and it is ready to support this district promote its very poor residents.
Vision Umurenge Programme (VUP) works in very poor sectors in Rwanda and it gives employment opportunities to the poor in developmental projects like in road constructions, making terraces, and others are taught to make projects that can develop them.
