Clemence called upon those in charge of social welfare in sectors and well respected Elders in cells that attended the event to follow and listen very well so that they learn skills from them.
Capt. Rukundo Aimable, who works in Northern province cautioned some demobilised solidiers who will sell the materials given to them to use in school saying that they will be punished by the law.
« Whoever sells the materials will be charged like the one who sells Girinka cow who is charged, sentenced and pays back » adds Captain Rukundo.
In a bid to tighten security during the Christmas season, demobilised solidiers were told to join efforts with local leaders and Security sections by giving information in preventing crimes. Also, they were asked to participate in various activities of government development programmes.
