Nyanza district development partners in a two day exhibition
Partners in development with Nyanza district held  trade shows this of March at Nyanza stadium with the aim of strengthening the vision to develop Nyanza district.
The trade show was officially opened by the governor of the southern province Alphonse Munyentwari and deputy director of Rwanda governance advisory council (RGB) Fatuma Ndangiza.
Some of the things that were exhibited include agricultural products, animal products, small medium enterprises, financial institutions, healthy institutions, charitable organizations whether Rwandese or international but all working in the district of Nyanza.
The governor of the southern province Munyentwari Alphonse was happy about how about partners in development of Nyanza district collaborate with district stake holders in programming development activities annually.
Munyentwari said it is very important for district stake holders to partner with other well wishers of development because the partnership helped reduce poverty level in the southern province of Rwanda by 10% however that was not good enough as the remaining percentage to cover is still very huge.
“We need to take two steps ahead where others are taking one if we are to achieve fast developmentâ€, Munyentwari remarked.
The deputy director of Rwanda governance advisory council (RGB) Fatuma Ndangiza said it is very good for district leaders to collaborate with partners in development because it produces tangible results as it is being already seen.
“When people join hands, they achieve much with in every short period of timeâ€, Ndangiza Fatuma remarked. She continued to urge people who had attended the exhibition to always strive for development by offering good services.
Twagirimana Michel popularly known as Ragadi who was participating in the exhibition offering bar services said he got a chance to meeting his partners in business and share ideas on how they can develop Nyanza district by offering better services.
The president of an association for partners in development for Nyanza district Thierry Misago said the organization of the trade show cost them Rwf4.5 million without including the contributions offered by other well wishers for the development of Nyanza.
