    Kirehe: More trained on good governance, democracy

    Rwanda | KireheDistOther 317 people have been trained in Kirehe district on the role of Intore in upholding democracy and good governance through elections by National Electoral Commission (NEC).

    Oscar Uyisabye who works in the National Electoral Commission in Kirehe district said that they trained Intore and health workers.

    He explained that their aim was to fulfill responsibilities in building the country by guiding people in understanding the countries policies and its direction.

    Oscar Uyisabye also explained that this training is in a way of preparing people for the upcoming elections for the members of parliament in 2013.

    This is to make people aware of the NEC programs and to participate in them, to understand the values of the country and other different things.
