Genocide Survivors to get better accommodation
In a statement made during the commencement of Genocide mourning period, Huye District Coordinator of Ibuka Jean Nsabimana portrayed the Genocide survivors’ community (Ibuka) plan of giving a hand in construction of Genocide Survivors’ houses.
The reason Ibuka decided to join hands organs in charge of inhabiting Genocide survivors is that at times those in charge once in a while leave out certain houses uncompleted.
The coordinator also expressed concerns about the due to end Gacaca courts urging that there are a number of cases that haven’t yet been solved.
“Security of Genocide survivors has of now improved in comparison to those days when their houses were thrown on stones. Girinka program has improved Genocide Survivors’ lives.†Said the coordinator
He also cited cases of wrong categorization of Genocide survivors in the during the country wide financial status statistics collection dubbed Ubedehe.
