    THE SENATE VOWED TO BE EXAMPLARY IN USING TECHNOLOGY.

    The senate members vowed to use technology and internet in a way of being exemplary to other levels. They decided to do this since they were also chosen to follow up the use of technology in the whole country.

    The president of the senate Dr Jean Damascene Ntawukuriryayo while presenting to the press the achievements of Members of Parliament in the 3rd semester; he said, “Because technology and telecommunication is essential in development, we have decided to use them in a way of giving example to the population.”

    The 3rd semester in this year started on the 5th.Dec.2011; among their achievements that were shown, there is evaluating and making laws, making a follow up on the way the government works and representing the mass population.

    The senate’s responsibilities is to evaluate the principles Rwanda acts on, whether they are respected according to the article 9 and 54 in the constitution and proving the leaders chosen to join the government levels.
