Nyamasheke: FPR addressed service delivery problem
The problem of unsatisfactory service delivery both in government and private sector was discussed in the general meeting for FPR political party members in Nyamasheke district recently
Jean Baptiste Habyarimana the chair person of FPR-Inkotanyi party in Nyamasheke district said that service is on 66percent which is still very low.
He advised those who were in the meeting that they should receive people as partners and respect people they are meant to serve.
He said, “a leader should respect the program he gave to the people and in case of any change, he must inform them before not to waste their time coming to meet you. If a leader does not respect the given program, he should pay for a person’s day and the transportation he/she used.â€
Different levels of leaders should also establish a way of passing communication between leaders and people they lead instead of calling them on their telephones and they refuse to receive their calls.
The commissioner for production and finance in FPR-Inkotanyi party in Nyamasheke district told those who were present that they should put into actions the lessons they are given about good service delivery.
He asked FPR members to be exemplary for others to learn from them.
Aimé Fabien Kamali the executive secretary of Shangi sector said that in a way of giving better services, they should respect time in their work, to be exemplary and honest and government bodies should be the first to apply these. Â
