Rwanda : EABC gets new Executive Director
The East African Business Council (EABC) which is the apex body of business associations of the Private Sector from the 5 East African Countries has got a new Executive Director.
The new Executive Directro Andrew Luzze comes to replace Agatha Nderitu who has worked with the organization since 2008.
Agatha Nderitu has served as EABC since 2008 where she joined EABC as Marketing and Communications Manager and later on rose to the position of Executive Director in 2010 after exhibiting outstanding and excellent work.
In her farewell speech, she thanked all the various parties she has worked with during her time of service as Executive Director of EABC and said it was remarkable.
He requested support from EABC members, board of directors, partners , EAC secretariat and EABC colleagues while fulfilling his mandate as Executive Director. In his message Luzze the new executive director of EABC said:
“I want to remember Agatha as a Pastoral Social Artist, As a worker pastor she took her role as a shepherd of her flock to a high point, by leading EABC in a caring people centered manner.” While pledging to take on EABC responsibilities and activities he said:
“In furtherance of our vision we will also extend and further our activities and services beyond policy and advocacy, into other areas that will add value to our members.”
