This research shows that about 57percent of families in Ruhango district are affected by poverty as Epimaque Twagirumukiza Ruhango district vice mayor for finance explained.

After the research publication, Ruhango district administration started a campaign to sensitize people to work very hard and promote themselves and get out of this poverty cycle.

Epimaque Twagirumukiza asked this district residents to work together and participate in government programs like in Land use consolidation.

He said that Ruhango district is a fertile land and produces a lot but the problem is that people have not yet understood the secret of working together and to make the best of it.

Burera district residents say that the reason they are always in poverty cycles is because of too much sunshine that burns their crops most of the time.
